Hidden Email List Building Secrets - Revealed - Brian Hazel

FacebookTwitterLinkedInPinterest

brian hazel

There are basically two ways to compile an email list of prospective customers:
Paying somebody for one or compiling it yourself.
Email marketing is one of the best ways to contact highly targeted prospective customers who are ready and willing to buy your products. So paying somebody else for a list of random email addresses is pretty much a waste of money.
That’s because there’s no guarantee that the people on your purchased list have any interest whatsoever in the types of products or services you are selling. To waste hundreds of dollars buying such a list and countless hours generating an email campaign toward an indifferent customer base seems futile.
Building Your List
A better way is to create your own list of highly targeted potential customers who want to buy your products. When you use this list-building method, your email lists are comprised of the addresses of three key groups.
  • The first is people who have bought your products in the past.
  • The second is people who have expressed an interest in the types of products you sell.
  • The third is people who have agreed to give you their email addresses in exchange for something free that they value.
Your existing customers are likely to be open to purchasing more products from you in the future. This is why it is important to capture and retain the email addresses of every person who has ever bought anything from you.
Tracking Your Customers
It’s also helpful to keep track of what specific products and product categories they purchased.
Repeat customers are one of your biggest sources of potential revenue. That’s because you already have established a positive relationship with them. You can continue to exploit that trust bond indefinitely, as long as they are happy with the products you promote.
The second key group is people who have expressed an interest in the types of products you sell. These are the people who are going to arrive on your web page via links from Facebook Ads, banner ads, links embedded in other web pages and similar gateways.
The third highly effective method for getting motivated customers to visit your page is to give them “something for nothing”.
Why You Need a Squeeze Page
Usually, this is done in the form of a “squeeze page”. A squeeze page is a web page in which you offer visitors something of value – a free report, an informational video, an eBook – in exchange for their email address. The content that you give away should offer something of value related to your product niche.
When it comes to email subscriber lists, there are two schools of thought. The first says that bigger is better. The more people you have on your list, the better chance you have of selling to them. Even if only a small percentage of the people on your email list actually buy anything, you still stand to make a profit.
But bigger is not always better. While it’s true that you may sell to a small percentage of your list, what happens with the majority percentage of people who are being bombarded with emails from you about products they don’t want?
One Word: Spam
Your emails eventually will be directed to their spam folders and your website could be targeted as spam and banned from the major internet providers. If that happens, your online store’s reputation can suffer serious damage.
A better idea is to create a squeeze page and optimize it so that it appears on least on the front page of your niche’s SERP, if not in the top spot.
Mainly though, developing customer loyalty is vital to your success.

Internet Marketing - Wealth Secrets - Brian Hazel

    FacebookTwitterLinkedInPinterest

Internet Marketing => Wealth Secrets

There’s one word that can carry quite a bit of power when used

As part of your marketing message:
“Free”.
Admittedly, “free” doesn’t carry the weight it used to. With everyone reaching the point of becoming over-saturated with marketing messages, something that has the word “free” attached to it has almost become a turn-off…especially online.
But it can still be a very effective tool, when used correctly; for example, as an inducement to opt-in to your newsletter or email list.

In many people’s minds, a successful marketing message has lots of exclamation points, underlines and flashing messages.

These things were all adopted to make the message stand out; the tables have now turned, however. The messages that stand out are the ones that don’t scream at the reader, but instead offer value in return for their time or business.
Giving someone a free gift for signing up for your newsletter can still be an effective tool, as long as the free gift is relevant to the reason they wound up at your business site to begin with.

If your business is financial advice, don’t offer a free report on advertising tips to your visitors. That’s not why they came to your site, and it won’t entice them to sign up.
However, if they came to your site to find information on financial advice, an offer of a free report on basic investment tips would be useful to them, and a much more effective enticement.
“But Dave,” I can hear you say, “I’m trying to sell them financial advice…why would I give it to them?”
For the same reason anyone offers free samples…to earn the customers’ trust in your product or service. If they like the free information and find it useful, they are becoming sold on you.
Of course, it doesn’t have to be a free report. You can offer a free trial of your software, a free ebook…anything that will help build your image as a business your customers can trust to help them with their needs.

Email Processing - Marketing 'Hacks' - Brian Hazel Online

FacebookTwitterLinkedInPinterest

Today I want to provide you with the Top 9 => Email Processing Marketing

aspects you should apply your tests to.

We all know how split-tests are important, and that tests are the basics of development and improvement, especially in the -> email marketing niche.
I will try to keep it short, explaining each and every tip.
  1. Sender’s Name: Your From-Name should look familiar to your subscribers, this is the name of a “person” they trust. Also, your From-Name should look professional, easy-2-remember and it should fit your subject line and topic.
  2. Subject Line: This is one of the most important aspects that should be tested. Subject line is the first call-2-action mechanism of your email marketing campaign. This is what subscribers pay attention to when they decide to open your email.
  3. Headline: This is the second call-2-action element of your email campaign. Your headline should clearly explain what your email is about and what’s in it for the recipient.
  4. Different Offers: Discounts? Coupons? Gifts and bonuses? Test what kind of offers converts best on your list. You should clearly know what is the best offer to contact your list with.
  5. Button OR Hyperlinks: This is very interesting aspect. Buttons look nice and smooth, and URLs are just URLs – nothing special, BUT remember that Button is a design element, and your subscribers should allow showing images first to see your nice and colorful buttons. Worth testing.
  6. Color of Your Button/Call-2-Action: Some colors are more corporate, some not. Run few mailings to test it and find your color.
  7. The Best Place for Call-2-Action: Try putting your call-2-action element (i.e. button or links) to different spaces of your email design. Try top, bottom and the right column of your e-newsletter.
  8. Images/Media: Test how many images or media you have, where you put them and what images or media you use. Remember to always use alt-text too!
  9. Testimonials: Testimonials equals truth. Customers and leads always pay attention to reviews and testimonials. Sometimes sending a success-story to your list may really boost your email campaign.

I personally use email marketing as my primary source of marketing methods.
