Blogging - Email Marketing - Brian M. Hazel

Content Marketing - Headlines

Dominate - Network Marketing

I teach, to maximize the profits with  => Applied Cash Flow

that headlines are the single most important

part of any marketing document,

be it an email, a sales letter, squeeze page or paid advertisement.

That’s because the headline is your first and only opportunity

to capture the attention of the prospective customer.

If you headline fails to make an instant,

immediate impression upon your reader,

they will stop reading further and probably are lost to you forever.

The best headlines – those that grasp your page visitor by the lapels,

shake them up and refuse to let go – share three common traits.

If you ensure that your headlines always includes these three qualities,

you can attract a greater number of prospects

to spend more time with your copy and enhance your chances of

converting them into a long-term customer,

which is the ultimate objective of any marketing document.

Clarity Is King

The first and most important quality of any great headline

is that it can be immediately understood by anybody who is reading it.

The more clarity a headline has, the more appealing it will be to page visitors.

If your headline is in any way ambiguous, confusing,

or doesn’t provide a clear and concise message that can be grasped instantly,

it is going to turn readers away in droves.

Clear, easy to understand headlines should be as specific as possible.

Remember, the people who are landing on your pages or seeing

your ads are looking for solutions and answers.

The last thing they want to do is to spend more time trying

to figure out what is meant by an ambiguous or uncertain headline.

Be as clear as you can possibly be.

Headlines Have Two Parts

The most effective headlines have two parts:

The headline itself and the sub-headline,

also known as the “sub-head”.

One way to think of it is like this: The headline is the bait that gets the prospect

in the door and the sub-head is what you use to hook

them in so they will keep reading.

A clear and concise headline is critical,

but by itself it usually is not enough to fully engage the reader.

It needs help – in the form of a great,

informative sub-head that boosts the clarity the reader gets from the headline.

The sub-head acts to reaffirm the reason

why your reader has landed on your page or

looked at your ad in the first place.

It should set the stage for the story your content is about to tell them.

The Best Headlines Include Numbers

There is a whole body of research that proves that people

using the Internet are astronomically more likely to click through

on a headline that includes a number than one that simply includes words.

This has something to do with the way our minds are wired.

Numbers express certainty.

They subconsciously tell the reader that there message expressed

in the headline is based on substance and fact,

so people seeking solutions or answers online are naturally

more attracted to headlines that include numbers than they are to just words.

The numbers you put in your headlines can

include all kinds of figures, including percentages,

the amount of things on lists, time measurements, and so on:

“3-Day Free Trial for All New Subscribers”
“Top 5 Ways to Shed Weight Fast”
“Increase Sales by 30% in 30 Days Using This One Weird Trick”

Generally, the number will be in the main headline rather than the sub-head.

But the information in the sub-head should support

whatever number you include in the headline.

These three qualities are so widely used that headlines

that don’t include them are often perceived as

jarring or off-putting – and usually fail to convert.

Successful marketers understand what works and what doesn’t,

so they gravitate toward the tried and true in order to maximize their results.

If you keep your headlines clear and to the point,

include sub-headlines that support the primary

point of the main headline, and include numbers to give your

headline substance and authority,

you can exponentially increase your conversion rates regardless of

what type of marketing document you are using.

To learn more techniques like these for improving your over-all profitability.

Applied Cash Flow - Blogging - Brian M. Hazel

MLM Blogging Secrets - Brian M. Hazel

FacebookTwitterLinkedInPinterest

If you’ve just entered the world of blogging

or if you’ve been blogging for a short time

and find that things are not working out as you expected,

it will be worth your while to spend some time understanding

the common mistakes that bloggers make,

mistakes that make it hard to

enjoy what should be an enjoyable,

satisfying experience: Blogging!

The five most common new blogger mistakes are:

Diving in (rather than wading in)

Having unrealistic expectations

Losing focus

Plagiarizing

Ignoring the reader

Diving in!

Many bloggers are so anxious to get started that they dive in rather

than wading in slowly —

it’s a mistake in an unfamiliar swimming pool or pond

and it’s a mistake when entering

a new arena such as the ‘blogosphere.’

Consider these things before you start your Blog:

Find a focus for your blog . . . a focus that reflects what you know, what

interests you and what you enjoy talking and writing about.

No topics are out of

bounds: politics, religion, science, sexual orientations, comedy, exercise, diet,

diseases, etc..

Take the time to read dozens of

different blogs: note the colors, graphics and

layouts to get an idea of what appeals to you.

Also note that some bloggers are long-winded and

others are brief and to the point . . .

Others are just chatty and entertaining and have

no particular point to make . . .

this too is a personal style you get to choose.

You need a host for your blog, some are free,

some charge a small amount per

month for their service, some are simple to use and some require more

technical knowledge, some have more features than others;

choose carefully,

once you’ve established your blog and have a few regular readers,

you may not want to change your address (your URL).

You may or may not want to use your real name on your blog,

this depends on

many factors, not the least of which is your stance on

controversial issues and

how publicly you want to be identified with your opinions.

Unrealistic expectations!

If you come to blogging expecting instant results, a

large readership and many complimentary comments,

you may be disappointed.

There are tens of thousands of blogs online

vying for the same audience.

Patience and tenacity are essential on your part.

If you write well, find a unique

niche to fill, have appealing titles for your posts and

tirelessly promote your blog the readership and comments

(some of which will be complimentary) will come.

Losing focus!

When you started your blog you had a particular reason for doing so;

it might have been to express your views on a topic or it might have been to

just communicate with a close circle of

friends about your daily activities.

Readers will come to your blog for the first time and either

be interested in your subject matter or not,

will either like your style or not

and, if they like your subject and style

they may comment and then come back later.

Once you’ve established a topic and tone for your blog

you’re free to change it but to do so you’re basically starting all over.

Be aware that you can have more than one blog, each one devoted to a

particular topic and each one, if you choose, under a different identity.

Plagiarizing!

There are some great bloggers out there and

as you surf through blogs you

might find one who said something really well,

something that resonated with

you and something you want to put in your blog.

DON’T just copy and paste someone’s words in your blog

without giving them credit, making it look to the world like

the words are yours.

If you write it, write it in your own words and write it better,

adding your own

thoughts and feelings and then be gracious,

mention where you got the idea and provide a link.

Ignoring the reader!

Some of the people who read your blog will leave comments;

some readers will

agree with you and some readers may even praise your

insights but most will

pick a point you’ve made and criticize it.

People leave comments on others blogs for the

same reason they themselves

blog, to exchange ideas and express their points of view.

Always respond to your readers comments;

thank them for reading and taking

the time to comment (even the severe critics)

and then respond, as appropriate, to their comment.

If you ignore your comments,

your readers may end up ignoring your blog.

Profitable Blogging 2016 - Brian M. Hazel

Are You Blogging for Free?

Why...?

FacebookTwitterLinkedInPinterest

brian hazel

If you've been trying to "get your name out there,"

publishing content on your website

and doing all the things

"they" have told you to do...

but you're still not getting the kind of

attention, respect, and income you desire...

Then you need to drop whatever it is

you're doing right now

and read this from start to finish.

Here's why:

Most of the things you've been taught about

how to build authority online are wrong, wrong, wrong.

And not just a little bit wrong... I'm talking DEAD WRONG.

Don't believe me? Think I'm overstating my case?

I'm not.

Check this out...

According to a study published by blogging.org

a full 81% of bloggers never even make $100 from their blog.

I probably don't have to tell you this,

but $100 these days ...well is nothing.

You could make more money by collecting shopping carts

at Costco for a day.

Think about it...

A hundred measly bucks for all the blood, sweat, and tears

you've poured into building your authority

That's it?

Average that over a whole year and it's just 33 cents a day.

It's practically an injustice.

You deserve better.

You really do.

I tell you what, the fact that so many content creators are making

basically nothing for their efforts makes me absolutely crazy.

Because if you understand how to become an expert...

A recognized AUTHORITY in your niche...

It's VERY EASY to make Six Figures a Year -

Just from your blog and / or P.R's Alone !!!

The money is great, of course,

but building authority isn't just about the money. It's also about...

...earning the respect of your family, friends and peers...

...proving all those people wrong who said you'd never make it...

...getting to meet and network with high-level players

you never would have met otherwise (and earning their respect, too)...

...having qualified prospects seek you out instead of you chasing them...

...taking time off whenever you want for any reason or no reason at all...

...and traveling to exotic locales

In just a minute, how you can start to build authority in your niche.

But first, I need to tell you about a common problem

I see among bloggers and other people who

are trying to build their authority online...

Many people who create content get addicted to

positive feedback and social sharing.

Whenever they publish something,

they want to see lots of comments and lots of shares.

Here's the problem:

You can't eat comments and shares.

You can't spend them either.

Whenever somebody starts overvaluing comments and shares,

they stop asking for money.

And guess what? When you stop asking for money...

You don't make any money.

In the end,

you wind up with a happy community of non-buyers...

A pleasant bunch of opinionated freebie seekers and spectators.

It might be good for your ego (maybe),

but it's absolutely horrible for your bank account.

More authority, more recognition, more leads, and more sales

are all just a couple of clicks away.

This is the same exact blueprint I've used in my own business.

The best part: it's simple, easy to follow, and works fast.

All you have to do is follow the directions.
