Multiple Streams of Income - The Logistics - Brian M Hazel

FacebookTwitterLinkedInPinterest

brian hazel

The Term Multiple Streams of =>Income

is thrown around in this

industry so much that it has become passe.

Many ask how I can manage

several opportunities at one time effectively.

This discussion takes us

to a more logical decision to do this,

rather than to not...the more you examine it.

When investing for the long term many people choose to

invest in mutual funds rather than in just one or two stocks.

This is very wise as it spreads your risk, as economies and buying trends

constantly change.

rather than just relying on the performance of One.

How do I do this.

I use the tried and tested approach of the assembly line.

We are all familiar how Henry Ford used this method many years ago to

help revolutionize the production of automobiles.

I start with the research of a product or program by personally testing it.

I purchase every product I am interested in re-selling or endorsing as if I were

my own customer.

I follow all of the given directions and record the results in terms of ease of use

and ROI.

If the product/program seems to be too difficult for the average person

with basic computer skills I note that and continue.

I then move the product/program to my next 'station' to promote it.

This would involve all of the suggested advertising methods.

I again track the realized revenues or the lack there of.

The final station is where I attack the product with

I again note the results and determine whether or not the program is

worthy, in terms of time and resources needed to create a suitable profit.

The more difficult a program is to operate translates into the more

customer service I will have to attach.

Meaning personal attention to training as I provide full support for

anything I promote-personally.

In conclusion, If I am endorsing => A Program/Product -

I have personally tested it and have found the results to be

positive financially.

Henry Ford did not build all the cars himself and was aided by a team.

I employ help to manage my assembly line and line up of programs as

well.

This is the only way I feel this is done effectively.

Attaching my brand =>(Brian M. Hazel) to a program or programs

means something more than just attempting to collect more checks.

It is the difference between building a REAL BUSINESS and operating a 'scheme'.

Blogging - Applied Cash Flow - Brian Hazel Online

   FacebookTwitterLinkedInPinterest

Blogging has become one of the most popular ways

For people to share => Ideas,

Engage in dialogue,

and interact with others who share a common interest.
They usually are short essays published online according to a regular schedule, such as daily or weekly, revolving around a particular subject, such as food, sports, raising children or any other topic.
Currently, there are an estimated 450 million blogs being published on the internet. Blogs are free to create on blog hosting sites such as WordPress and Blogger, most of which also provide easy-to-use free tools and pre-made “themes” to make your blog look professional.
Blogs can include photos, videos, audio recordings, slideshows and many other forms of rich text. Bloggers sometimes make their blogs more interactive and entertaining by including polls and contests, and by encouraging their readers to leave comments and interact with them online.
Free and Effective Way to Connect with Passion Markets
Creating your own blog can be an effective way to promote your webpage because it’s an easy way to attract people who already are interested in your topic niche. By providing them with valuable information and rich content in your blog, you can build a relationship with your readers, ultimately directing them back to your website.
Plus, blogging is fun and interesting and you can quickly become immersed in a community of people who are friendly and knowledgeable about your niche subject.
Podcasting
Growing Power of Audio
Podcasting is a form of digital media consisting of a series of audio or video files usually all devoted to a certain topic. They can be created for free using the audio and video tools that are included with most newer computers, laptops, tablets and even smartphones and can be distributed for free on iTunes, YouTube and other free distribution networks.
You can also send your podcast to a list of subscribers or post links to your podcasts on your web page or blog.
Like blogs, podcasts are an effective way to target people who share your passion for your niche subject, and can therefore be a great way to promote your website. Although some podcasts feature elaborate production — including professional-quality editing, musical scores and other production values – most are simply people talking into a microphone or video camera about a topic that interests them.
Unlike blogs, podcasts give you the opportunity to speak directly to your listeners or viewers. This can make it easier to engage them emotionally and show your personality, which can be an effective way of branding your website. Podcasts usually are played back later by users on iPods or portable viewing devices.
Video Blogging
During the early years of the internet, audio podcasts were the podcasting method of choice, but now with the near universality of video playback capabilities, video podcasts are becoming more popular.
Join Online Communities
Join the Party
Creating a reputation for your online business is no different than building a brand for a brick and mortar business. As the business owner, you need to get out into your community and meet people. Look for organizations that are relevant to your business’ niche and become involved in their online communities.
Introduce yourself to as many people as necessary and be prepared to “sell” your website to them in a few short sentences. One of the best ways to make friends online – or in the real world, for that matter – is to offer to help the other person, instead of asking for something all the time.
If you offer to write a testimonial for their website, for example, or to provide a free sample of some of your products, they probably will be open to the idea of helping you in return.
Be Nice, Get Paid
It’s also important to always be friendly and helpful to everybody that you encounter online because you never know who is going to be a potential customer. In most cases, the only point of contact people will have with you will be your online persona, so make sure you are consistently outgoing and always offer to assist people in whatever way you can.
Once you join online communities, find out what you need to do to get into positions of leadership. Not only will this help build your reputation and add to your resume, but it will put you in a position to make policy decisions that can be beneficial to your website and business in the future.
When it comes to online marketing, finding motivated prospects are crucial.

Leads, Leads, and More Leads - Brian Hazel

    FacebookTwitterLinkedInPinterest

Many  => Internet Marketers

Is faced with the gargantuan task of...

Having to overcome the lack of LEADS

It is the Internet, after all.

The anonymity in these virtual halls makes it difficult for any online businessman to win the trust of his prospective customers.

Yes, the online businessman may pay thousands of dollars for a truly engaging and convincing sales page, but as often is the case, these words are not enough to win a sale.
Why?

Because these words will still be associated with the online businessman, and people do not expect him to badmouth his own products.  That he will talk favorably about his offers is a given.
But what if a third party would share some favorable words about the online businessman and the product he is offering?

Surely, his statement would bear more weight than the sales pitch of the businessman himself, right?  After all, the third party has no stakes on the success of the campaign.
Such is the importance of testimonials for most sales pages.  They greatly contribute to the conversion rate the sales copy would manage to pull off, essentially because of their seemingly objective nature.
Almost every online businessman – your competitors included – will be on the lookout for people who will be willing to provide for them some generously written testimonials.

To gather these, online marketers even go to the extent of giving away free samples of their products for review purposes.
Now, here’s the trick.
One of the incentives to encourage favorable testimonials is the mention of the testimonial giver’s link on the sales page itself.  There are many benefits to this.
  • If your link can be found in your competitor’s sales page, then chances are, you will be targeting the same market.  Since the people who will be reading your competitor’s sales page are already there, we could assume that they are highly targeted leads.  Once they see your link, there is a great chance that they’d get transported to your own sales page, which would only work wonders for you.
  • If your competitor’s sales page has a higher page rank (PR), having your link in the said copy would provide a boost to your own website’s PR.
  • In any event, it is an additional back link for your website which would only increase your link popularity.
Yes, by giving a favorable testimonial for your competitor’s campaign, you’d be helping him bag more sales.  But then again, internet marketing is not really a dog-eat-dog kind of business.  His success can make the industry very healthy.
And the fact that your link will be prominently displayed on his sales page could only mean that you could share his success, eventually.
So, the next time someone asks you for a testimonial, take some time to prepare for him a good one.  You’ll gain immediate results for your own business.

And who knows?  Someday, he might even return the favor with a testimonial of his own.

My Blogging 'Secrets' - Brian Hazel Online

                                                   FacebookTwitterLinkedInPinterest

My Personal (Brian M. Hazel) Blog And Ping Combo Techniques...
How I Personally Leverage ALL of the Search Engines!
If you want to drive massive organic traffic to -> ( a Mega Profitable Website )                                         you'll want to get indexed with the various search engines at the soonest possible time.
Or you may have an existing website which you want to position well with search engine results.
Or you may have a good performing website which you want to remain competitive.Whatever your reason may be, you’re sure to benefit from my personal blog and ping combo techniques.
Now, you may have heard or read about this before, but you've never realized how it works.Or this may be the first time you have been acquainted with this surefire technique.
Regardless, much can be learned from this post as we discuss the basics and the mechanics of my blog and ping strategy.
It All Starts With A Blog
Blogs (like this one) as people have fondly referred to them in recent years, were originally designed for social purposes.People used them as online diaries, where they could post their thoughts, the events of their days, and the likes. But blogs possess some very special qualities that internet marketers found hard to dismiss.
  • Blogs figure prominently in search engine results. The first few pages of some queries would yield many blogs occupying premium spots.
  • Blogs are basically free web publishing tools.A little tweaking and it could become a website of its own.
  • Blogs are easy to update.Just press EDIT or PUBLISH and you’d have new content in a flash. No need to change the source code. The system will easily take care of that.
  • Blogs have their own communities. Bloggers often link with one another. This is a level of connectivity that is pretty hard to come by in other mediums.
Hence, online marketers started using blogs for marketing purposes.
My personal strategy is as follows:
  1. Create a blog dedicated to the subject your main website is catering to.Preferably, you should create an account with www.blogger.com , because this service is owned by Google, the most widely used search engine in the World.
  2. Post regularly, and include a link to -> ( Your Website ) in the majority of your messages. Also include your links with popular keywords as anchor texts.
  3. Include a link to your own website on the navigation bar.
  4. Just to emphasize – you have to post REGULARLY.This means at least every other day.No sweat, though.Short posts of 200 words in length would be enough.
It’s About RSS As Well
Blogs produce RSS feeds. RSS stands for Real Simple Syndication, a technology that would allow you to broadcast any changes on your blog to subscribed systems. This is actually the heart of the blog-ping combo. You have to learn how to syndicate your RSS feeds.
Now you need an RSS aggregator somewhere which could pick up your RSS feeds. Preferably, it is a website that can be easily crawled by search engine spiders. The perfect spot for this is www.my.yahoo.com .
Every time you’d update your blog, RSS feeds would be generated and displayed in www.my.yahoo.com .
Now It’s Time To The Ping
Once your www.my.yahoo.com is set up, every time you’d post a new entry on your blog, you’ll have to go to www.pingomatic.com .Fill up the appropriate fields, then submit. This will inform a lot of blog directories that your blog has new entries. And this would drive the search engine spiders on a feeding frenzy. It’ll be a reminder for them to check out your blog come the next relevant query.
Again, you have to do this every time you will post a new entry. No exceptions!
How powerful is the blog-ping combo?
Your new website should get indexed within 5 days.  And with www.blogger.com being owned by Google, it wouldn’t be long until the world’s most widely used search engine would index your new website as well.
