My 46 Minute Workday - Email - Marketing - Brian M. Hazel

In fully leveraging => The Applied Cash Flow System

I rely heavily on email marketing.

I never do any cold calling, telemarketing

or reaching out at all for that matter.

And...I have a steady stream of leads that flow in 24/7.

I can temper the amount of leads I want on an everyday basis,

there-by basically dialing in my daily income!

If I get overwhelmed, I just simply scale back.

if I want to dramatically increase my income,

I simply scale up.

The old Network Marketing approach to marketing was

that 50% of marketing activities created almost zero yield results.

The problem was that nobody knew how to calculate

which 50% created the results needed.

Today there is no doubt that with utilizing email marketing,

your return on investment – ROI is mathematically higher

than most other marketing activities.

There are websites which offer email marketing ROI calculators

such as Bplans.com, entrepreneur.com and marketing today.com.

These use readily accessible data such as campaign preparation costs,

buying email lists, sending expenses and comparing the totals

against the response rate and the conversion rate.

A conversion is the when a responder converts into a customer and buys.

This a convenient approach when you are selling simple products.

But for most of us, life is not so simple.

There are many intangibles and immeasurables in

an email marketing campaign;

image, customer retention, and possibly technical updates.

Where email marketing campaigns excel are in the analytics

which can be collated each time.

All email sending platforms can provide feedback on how many:

Recipients opened their email

Bounced or unsubscribed

Clicked on a social media ‘like’ button

Forwarded to a colleague

The email sending platform that I personally use is,
one of the more advanced email marketing platforms available.

It will store the time each recipient opens their email and

it will detect certain recipient patterns.

It will send my email messages at different times to determine

and to optimize the opening rate.

For example if Mr Smith usually reads his email around 7.00am with his coffee,

while Mr Jones around 1:30pm with his lunch,

the platform will send Mr Smith’s at 7:05am and Mr Jones’ at 1:35pm.

Frightening, when you think about it...

Actually, You can even be more sophisticated.

If you monitor which messages are read by which people

you can fine tune your messages to be shorter

so that people only receive the types of, and length of messages which they like to read.

If you place an ad in a magazine you will

know the circulation numbers of that magazine and these numbers are

usually audited independently.

But it is difficult to assess the effectiveness of that type of marketing campaign.

Printed magazines do not have ‘click-through’ monitoring.

In general there is an increase in sales after in intense advertising campaign.

This you can measure better if you include vouchers or coupons

which provide proof of where the customer saw your ad.

Email campaigns are not like the 9 o’clock news,

which you will watch even if there is no important news.

If you bombard your targets with time wasting broadcasts,

not only will they not read them,

they will psychologically downgrade your image.

Don’t just send an email because you have to, s

end one because you have something of value to share.

Email marketing is by far the best way to promote => Your Online Business

My experiences in testing => Applied Cash Flow

Have completely proven this to be true over and over again

Email accounts are as personal and unique as your phone number.
Email correspondence is the preferred way for corporate/personal information to be exchanged.

Here is a short excerpt from Email Statistics Report with a Forecast for 2015-2016.
  • The number of worldwide email accounts is projected to increase from over 2.9 billion in 2014, to over 4.8 billion by 2016.
  • In 2014, 75% of all email accounts will belong to consumers, and 25% to corporate users. This ratio is expected to stay fairly constant over the next four years, with corporate email accounts growing slightly to about 26% of the total number of accounts by 2016.
  • The majority of email accounts, today, are free or low-cost consumer ISP/Webmail accounts.
  • The average number of email accounts per user ratio is expected to remain even at roughly 1.6 accounts per user over the next four years.
  • Geographically, in 2015, the majority of email users are located in Asia/Pacific (47%). Europe accounts for about 23% of all users, North America has about 14%, and the Rest of the World has around 16% of all users.
  • In 2015, the typical corporate user sends and receives about 110 messages daily. Roughly 18% of emails received is spam, comprising both actual spam and “graymail” (i.e. unwanted newsletters, alerts, etc.).
  • While users mostly see spam as an annoyance, for corporations it is a considerable expense. According to our projections, a typical 1,000-user organization can spend upwards of $3.0 million a year to fight and manage spam.
  • Instant Messaging (IM) is also growing in popularity with both corporate and consumer users, we estimate that there will be nearly 2.4 billion IM accounts worldwide in 2015, growing to just over 4.5 billion by 2016.
  • Social Networking has seen explosive growth in the last 18 months and by year-end 2010 we expect to see nearly 2.2 billion social networking accounts worldwide comprising both consumer and business accounts. By 2016 this is expected to grow to nearly 5.7 billion accounts worldwide.
  • Wireless email accounts including both enterprise and consumer accounts total about 607 million in 2015, and will grow rapidly over the next four years to 2.4 billion accounts worldwide.

Applied Cash Flow - System - Brian M. Hazel

The purpose of  => The Click Through Page

is to drive visitors to the next step in your sales funnel.

As such, it needs to include at least these seven different elements.
<strong>A Clear CTA Button </strong>
One of the biggest mistakes many marketers make is making it too difficult for page visitors to act on their CTA.
Use big, bold buttons that are in a prominent position on the page so that it’s easy for customers to do what you want them to do.
<strong>A Compelling Headline </strong>
The headline you use should include your keywords and closely match the title tag of your page in the HTML. If not, customers are more likely to click off your page without clicking through. Your customers want to see consistency when scanning your page.
Your headline usually will appear in the search results. So it should do everything it can to push visitors to taking the next step by clicking through to where you want them to go.
<strong>Use Short Paragraphs or Bullet Points </strong>
Nobody wants to wade through dense blocks of copy. It’s the Internet, after all.
Just give your page visitors the bullet points that get your selling points across or use very short paragraphs that efficiently communicate your message in as few words as possible.
<strong>Don’t Include Other Navigational Links</strong>
The purpose of your click through page is to get visitors to click through where you want them to go.
So don’t give them any other options by including links to other pages, references, and so on. This provides too many opportunities for people to leave your page and go elsewhere.
<strong>Include AT LEAST Two CTA Links </strong>
People like to believe they have options. By offering them at least two buttons to click on (that both lead to the same place), it makes them feel empowered. It also will improve your conversion rate.
You also can include links within your text that appear over or under your CTA.
<strong>Use Exit Pop-Ups </strong>
Use a widget that gives you a pop-up that appears whenever somebody tries to click to another page besides your CTA. It gives you one last chance to convert a customer who was already leaving anyway, so why not?
<strong>Social Proof </strong>
Also known as the “bandwagon approach”, social proof feeds on people’s natural desire to be part of the cool crowd.
Use testimonials from clients, logos from companies you do business with or credible third party organizations, and so on. They aren’t always necessary on your click-through page, but in some cases they can add credibility and value to your web pages.
<strong>Use Simple Images and Photos </strong>
Don’t over complicate your page with a lot of different images or a photo that is too “busy”.
The images you use should complement the content on the page and support the headline at the same time.
<strong>Put Your “Best Stuff” Near the Top </strong>
Most people aren’t going to scroll all the way down to the bottom of your click-through page. So make sure you put your most compelling arguments, the best benefits and any other top-drawer ammo you have to convert your visitors up top.

Huge Cash Flow - Answering Emails - Brian M. Hazel

FacebookTwitterLinkedInPinterest

One of the biggest challenges website owners face

is finding ways to increase sales without having to spend more on advertising.

The quick solution can be to ->  increase your website’s conversion rate.
Email marketing can help increase conversion rates by warming up leads or staying in regular contact with existing clients.

This might not offer immediate sales, but over the long-term, you might find yourself regarded as a trusted resource which customers can access.
Here are a few specific suggestions on how email marketing can increase conversion:

Provide free value before a sale

conversion2
Many visitors to websites are not ready to buy. They might not trust what you are offering and may not have a pre-existing relationship with your brand.

It can be a good idea to “warm them up” with something free that can be perceived as having a high value. Many experienced email marketers often offer a free email course or a download for receiving a name and an email.
The effect of this on conversion might not always be easy to measure because building the relationship with prospects, particularly long term, can take time.

For many customers, they might not be ready to buy until much later.

Add value after the sale

conversion3
A commonly misunderstood concept is helping existing customers get more out of the purchases they already have made and guide them towards other areas of interest.

This is particularly sad since the cost of getting existing customers to buy again is lower than getting new customers in the first place.
For email marketers, how you add value to a purchase can depend a lot on the type of product or service you are selling. If, for instance, you are selling a product which would go well with another product, then simply suggesting the other product can be enough.

Alternatively, you could add value by giving ideas for using the product or service. If you are able to include the customers’ friends or colleagues, you might also experience a growth in word-of-mouth sales.

Explain complicated material

conversion4
A challenge you might face is finding a simple way to explain something very complicated. For instance, you might be selling a solution which might solve a simple problem, but where there might be a lot of scepticism surrounding the topic. This will require you to gradually build trust between you and the prospective customer.

This is particularly important in markets where there are a lot of shady players.

If you are experiencing this issue, then the solution can be to create a series of emails which solve prospective clients’ problems. This gives you the opportunity to build a position of trust. You can further that position, by making sure you work with an editor to “translate” your message so people with no understanding of the topic can understand your points without too much effort.

Conclusion

Email can be seen as a way to build a solid relationship between you and prospective customers. In particular, it can be used to build rapport before and after a sale.

However, it can also be a valuable asset in explaining more complicated material to new audiences.
As an email marketer, your challenge will be to find new ways to add more value to your audience by actively engaging in conversations with them, and then using what you learn to improve your communication.

You might find that the more you give, the more comes back in the form of increased sales.
